Refunds, Returns, Regrets: If upon receiving your item you are not 100% satisfied email your request for return instructions. Do not return any items without first having received instructions. No returns will be accepted without authorization and you have 7 days to return for a full refund. Item must be returned in the same condition received and buyer pays for shipping.
International Shipping: Please contact me prior to purchase, I will need to check the cost for your zone or country and regulations before I commit to paying shipping. I will need your city, country and zip code in order to get the best, most accurate shipping rate for your region. If an order is refused for any reason, a full refund will be given when merchandise is returned to me. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery; it usually takes 2-3 days to clear customs.
Payment Terms: I accept and prefer payments be made with a credit/debit card via Paypal or Google Checkout. Once payment has been confirmed item will be shipped 24-48 hrs later. Personal checks are accepted through Paypal only.
Shipping Terms: Since I will pay shipping for the USA all items will be sent parcel post so expect delivery within 2 weeks.
All item parcels will be insured for selling price during delivery.
