By using pieces from past handbag design projects I was able to create this bag. Navy blue paint was added to the recycled fabric for texture. The iron-on patch of a little boy clutching the Puerto-Rican flag and the words, my source is spirit. This fully lined bag has an extremely long chain handle that can be worn across the shoulders or on the waist like a belt. Several coats of polyurethane were added for easy cleaning.
