What is your return policy?
Should you want to return an item(s) please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
Once your request has been received, an email containing your return instructions will be sent to you and will be valid for 5 days. Unidentified returns will be refused and returned to the customer.
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition received and buyer pays return shipping cost. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
